(proprietary concern) which was founded then in 2001
by Mr. B. Vasanth Padiyar (our CEO) as a one-stop
financial consultancy destination.
BBFC is registered under the Companies Act, 2013. having CIN: U74140KA2009PTC050511 formed on 29th July 2009.
BBFC is headquartered in Bangalore, Karnataka, but has its services spread across the world.
BBFC aims to be the bridge between the aspiring corporates and mainstream financial investors.
BBFC seeks to bring in its rich expertise in the financial services domain to assist companies in accessing capital – venture capital, private equity,
debt, mezzanine funds.

Branch in Mangalore To cater to the needy clients in & around Dakshina Kannada clients, a branch in Mangalore was opened.

Added a branch in temple town of Udupi With expanding client base of over 2000 clients in Udupi, Kundapura and Mangalore was established

Established registered office in the heart of Bengaluru Having wide spread business in both Udupi and Dakshina Kannada, the company was moved to the capital city of Bengaluru

B Vasanth Padiyar (C.E.O)
A seasoned and versatile practicing financial consultant with over 25 years experience in taxation and tax management, financial accounts preparation and reporting, stock control, loan syndication, and debt restructuring.
CS Narasimha Nayak (Associate)
A practicing company secretary from the ICSI, who has worked
with the Big 4 and has now successfully established his own
practice.
Vandana Padiyar (Director)
An advocate by profession, Ms. Vandana handles the legal and litigation wing of the company, while assisting in drafting of legal documents with eloquence.
Bhagya Padiyar (Director)
Having Completed her CA Inter, she is the director of the company for 8 years. Her field of expertise is Tax compliance, including Representing Clients in GST and Income Tax Cases. Preparation of Project Reports, CMA Data and Financials for presentation to prospective institutions is her strong suit.
